Elevated Holiday Greens
Join us on Tuesday, 12/12 at 9:30 am to design fresh holiday decor while enjoying mulled wine and light snacks. Each attendee will learn to assemble either a garland or a wreath. Bring a bucket of pre-soaked greens and ribbon if you’d like (there will be extra assistance with bow-making.)
We will also provide a unique stash of local greens and dried citrus to add pop.
Here are more specific instructions on what to bring:
1. A bucket of pre-soaked greens: like a painter’s bucket or even a giant lobster pot. Fill with clippings such as magnolia, boxwood, nandina, acuba…etc. Greens should be fully submerged in room temperature water for at least 24 hours, up to a week. Drain the greens before you come- and it’s okay to move them to a trash bag for easy transport.
2. Ribbon (optional)- 4 yards needed per bow.
We will send the address of the workshop to those who plan to attend. Look forward to seeing you!
